HOW I WORK

WHAT I BELIEVE ABOUT HEALING

It starts with a wound.

We all have them.

Core wounds from early experiences that thread from the past into the present and create stories, meanings, and parts of ourselves that exist to protect us.

I’m not enough. I’m not safe. I’m too much. I’m bad. I’m unlovable.

These beliefs become woven into who we think we are. Our feelings, our stories, our coping mechanisms, they become our identity. How we live. How we move through the world.

And we forget they were never the truth of who we are.

They were survival strategies. They were the decisions a small person made in a moment when they needed to be safe.

But you are not small anymore. And you don’t have to keep making those decisions.

The work begins with looking back.

At the root of all of this is going back, finding where the story began, what it’s rooted in, why we are the way we are.

This takes awareness. Willingness. Bravery.

Because it’s not always easy. It can be painful to go back and find where those stories began.

But if we don’t do this work, if we don’t bring understanding to it, we can’t move forward.

We stay stuck operating from the wound instead of from awareness.

Here’s what that looks like in real life:

If we believe we’re not good enough, we start to over-function. We over-achieve. We become successful. We build a life of accomplishment and armor.

And then we become that. We ARE our achievements. Our identity. Our armor.

We’re operating from the wound, reinforcing it, repeating it, instead of healing it.

The story that once protected us now keeps us small.

But here’s what most healing work misses:

We can’t stay in the story either.

I’ve seen it happen. Someone starts doing the work. They find out why they people-please. Why they over-function. Why they shut down.

It’s because of my mother. It’s because of my father.

And yes, that’s true. It IS because of that.

But at some point, if we’re not careful, the wound becomes our identity. Every conversation circles back to it. Every relationship is filtered through it. Every struggle gets explained by it.

We become a hamster on a wheel. Stuck in a groove on a record. Unable to make a different choice because this IS who we’ve become. This is how we see the world.

The work isn’t just to find the story.
The work is to stop being defined by it.

This is what I call Remembering the Truth of Who You Are.

It’s going back. Finding who you were before the stories. Before survival rewrote the script.

And then integrating that awareness, transmuting it, shifting it, so you can move forward into a new timeline.

Not as the wounded version. Not as the performed version.

As the Self you were always destined to be.

No matter what your going through, I am here for you.

A hug to your heart. a reminder your not alone…a me too.

I see you. I hear you. I know you. I am you.

I won’t lie to you about the process.

It is not easy.

I’ve spoken to so many people who, in their awakening process, feel like they’re breaking down. Like they’re in a mental health crisis. Like it’s getting worse before it gets better.

I know this from my own experience.

Sometimes being fully in my body, actually present, actually feeling, can be uncomfortable. Even distressing. When the nervous system wants to go back into old programs, old ways of operating that feel familiar even when they’re not serving us.

Learning how to dance with that is beautiful and magical. And sometimes confusing and hard.

I won’t promise you it’s easy.
I will promise you it’s worth it.

And I will hold space for you through the hard moments.

We go in together. We come out together.

How I work:

My clients would tell you it’s through intuitive guidance and soul-level work.

And yes, that’s true.

But I would add this: I have been there.

There is a gift in that. In knowing the energetics of where you are. In having walked those dark paths myself. I hold a light on them, not as someone who studied the map, but as someone who walked it.

I’m a wayshower. I help you find your way back home to yourself. To remember the truth of who you are.

In practice, this looks like helping you see the parts of yourself that have been running the show without your awareness.

The over-functioner. The people-pleaser. The achiever who can’t stop. The one who shuts down when things get real. The one who’s numb to life and can’t describe how they feel.

We look at where those parts came from. We understand why they exist.

And then, gently, slowly, we let them know they don’t have to work so hard anymore.

In practice, this work includes:

Intuitive Guidance — I see what you can’t see yet. Your patterns, your parts, the places where you’re still operating from wounding instead of wholeness.

Core Wound Mapping — We go back to find where the story began. Not to stay there, but to bring those exiled parts home.

Inner Systems Work — We meet the protective parts, the wounded parts, the ones that have been managing your life. We understand why they exist. And we gently let them know they don’t have to work so hard anymore.

Somatic Practices — We reconnect with the body. Because healing isn’t just cognitive. It’s felt. It’s lived.

Truth-Telling — We end the performance. We stop hiding. We speak what’s been unsaid.

The work moves through three phases:

Disconnect — Understanding how trauma, survival, and performance separated you from yourself

Reconnect — Coming back into your body, your truth, your parts—healing what was left behind

Remember — Awakening to the truth of who you are beneath survival—your original self

Because the truth of who you are was never the armor.
It was always the person underneath it.

If this resonates, I’d love to invite you to explore working together.
