Deep Personal Work for Leaders Ready to Come Home to Themselves
These executive leadership retreats are designed for those who resonate with this…
You’ve built the business. You’ve led the team. You’ve hit the numbers.
But somewhere along the way, you lost yourself.
You perform confidence in the boardroom.
You hold it together for your team.
You show up as the leader everyone expects.
But inside? You’re exhausted. Disconnected. Running on empty.
You’ve spent years optimizing your business.
It’s time to do the inner work.
This isn’t a leadership development program.
This is personal transformation work for high-performing leaders.
For CEOs, founders, and entrepreneurs who are ready to stop performing and start inhabiting. Who know that their outer success has come at a cost and are ready to reconnect with who they are beneath the role.
Through breathwork, regression, truth-telling, and somatic practices, we do the deep work that most leaders avoid.
Not team building. Not strategy.
Soul work.
Who This Is For
This retreat is for you if:
✓ You’ve built success but feel disconnected from yourself
✓ You lead others but struggle to lead yourself
✓ You’re burnt out from performing the role of “leader”
✓ You’ve optimized your business but neglected your inner world
✓ You know something deeper is calling—and you’re ready to go there
You’re a CEO, founder, or executive.
But beneath the title, you’re a human who’s been carrying it all for too long.
"Kirsty took us on a journey at our last retreat that was unlike any other chapter event in my 5-year experience with EO.
Less than 3 weeks after the event, I'm already seeing positive changes in both my personal and professional life."
Hussain Manjee – President, DHD Films – EO Retreat
THE WORK:
This is the same deep work I do in all my retreats, adapted for the unique pressures leaders face.
Breathwork — Reconnecting with the body after years of living in your head
Regression — Going back to find where you disconnected from yourself in the pursuit of success
Truth-Telling — Ending the performance. Speaking what’s been unsaid.
Somatic Practices — Learning to regulate your nervous system so you can lead from presence, not urgency
Integration — Time to rest, reflect, and let the work settle
This work moves through three phases:
Disconnect — Understanding how achievement, performance, and survival separated you from yourself
Reconnect — Coming back into your body, your truth, the parts you left behind
Remember — Awakening to who you are beneath the role, the title, the expectations
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT:
I’m not a leadership consultant.
I’m not a business coach.
I’m someone who’s been there.
For 15 years, I stood on global stages teaching courage to executives—while disconnected from my own truth. I performed the role of “leader” brilliantly.
Until I collapsed at 40.
I spent 8 years in Mexico doing the deep inner work that most high-performers avoid. I learned what it takes to come home to yourself after years of performing.
Today, I work with leaders ready to do that same work.
Not to make you a better CEO.
To help you become whole again.

WHAT CLIENTS SAY:
— Cheryl Renna, YPO Spouse Forum Chair, Austin
“Her work gets to the core of what inhibits true growth and deeper relationships. And she does this in a way that welcomes you in and removes the fears that often stifle us.”
— Shannon Neffendorf, CEO Oak Cliff Coffee | EO Forum Dallas
“There are very few speakers who are truly capable of creating meaningful and lasting change. Kirsty is one of those elite few. In just one day she was able to identify roadblocks, help us break through as a group, and create a shared trust.”
— Amy Power, Founder & President, The Power Group | EO Dallas Board Member
“Kirsty provided a powerful, tremendous weekend retreat for our group and had everyone engaged the whole weekend. She was perfect for leading growth and change for our members.”
— Reagan Hillier, EO Dallas Board Member
“In the first hour, Kirsty set the tone for the entire 3-day conference. She immediately created a memorable connection. The conference would not have been as meaningful or memorable without her.”
— Lisa Sellers, YPO Spouse Forum Chair, Honolulu
“Having Kirsty lead our EO chapter through conversations was transformative. As a group of driven, high-achiever entrepreneurs, we often find ourselves caught up in the stories we tell ourselves. Kirsty helped disarm that need to prove and achieve. She created the safe space for us to go deeper.”
— Adrienne Palmer, Global Entrepreneurship Advocate EO
This Work Isn’t For Everyone
This is deep personal work. It requires vulnerability, honesty, and a willingness to look inward.
If you’re looking for business strategy, leadership development, or networking, this isn’t it.
But if you’re ready to do the inner work that changes how you lead and live, let’s talk.
READY TO COME HOME TO YOURSELF?
If you’re a CEO, founder, or executive ready for deep personal work, work that reconnects you with who you are beneath the role, I’d love to talk.
